Answers

  1.   Why should I care about getting Google Reviews?
  A.   Google currently represents about 70% of all searches.

When people search for a local business, the most-clicked page is not the best ad, or the first organic web result - it's usually the top map listing.
And Google relies on Google Reviews to rank these listings. More and better Google Reviews make for more traffic to - and trust in - your firm.

  2.   Why can't I just provide users with a link to my Google My Business page instead of using Easy Reviews?
  A.   Leaving Google Reviews is surprisingly difficult. Visitors won't be able to leave a review unless they have a Google account. Many don't know how to create such an account. Even if they already have an account, they need to be signed into Google in order to leave a review. Our wizard guides your visitors through this process to overcome the normal barriers involved in leaving a review.
It is also very risky to simply direct your customers to your Google My Business page. Sadly, disgruntled customers are generally more likely to post reviews than satisfied ones. Once a negative review is posted, it's usually there forever since Google does not permit any reviews to be deleted by anyone except the original poster. With Easy Reviews you know the satisfaction level of your visitor before they post their review. This way, negative reviews are dealt with "offline" between you and the customer rather than being posted on your public review page.
